Shangrila Guest Ranch offers a variety of options for the horse enthusiast. Our all inclusive package prices include all meals, lodging, horseback riding and on site activities. There are no additional taxes or fees to the rate and the customary trail guide gratuity is at the discretion of our guests. We offer a 10 am. check in/ check out or a 4 pm check in/check out. With the 4 pm option your horseback riding would be the next day and each day after, checking out your last day as late as 4 pm. With the 10 am option, your horseback riding would be that day and each day after, checking out your last day after breakfast at 10 am. There is no riding that day in the package price but may be added for an additional fee. The horseback riding is our main activity and the length of the rides are catered to the guests we have staying with us at the time. Majority of guests ride most of the day, however, for those guests not wanting to spend the day in the saddle we offer a variety of on site activities. Enjoy the outdoors with horseshoes, corn hole toss or enjoy a nice walk on the trail, some quiet time in a hammock or feeding the ducks and chickens. We have a stocked pond for fishing with a few cane poles available or guests may bring their own fishing gear. Indoor games such as Ping-Pong and various card and board games are also available. Guests may also enjoy assisting with feeding the animals and farm chores and our evenings usually end roasting marshmallows and stargazing around a campfire. We are a small facility with limited lodging, all of which is private. Although we provide soft drinks/water throughout your stay, you are welcome to bring your own special beverages if you would like.
Our Cowgirl Retreat Weeks are offered in the spring and fall. This week is catered to our ladies and includes a few special touches such as wine tasting and massages in addition to horseback riding. Come alone or with a friend, you’re going to have many more before you leave!
